way of treating the employees and for the employees to stand up be heard, be loyal, be supportive of other employees or I suppose move on to another company.

I received your wonderful gift over the weekend. I read the book from cover-to-cover within several hours. Let me congratulate you on a job well done. The book really keep my interest and I could not put it down. I think you are really on to something here and on to big things with your concept of C.A.R.E. Typically we have been taught that before you could be a leader you have to make it to some a magical rung on the corporate ladder--false. I think you show how we are and how we all need to be leaders. Everyone has the potential to win once they get past the barrier of feeling sorry for themselves.
You bring home some very important points about trust and accountability, two very important traits that I believe are the most important traits to being successful. I especially enjoyed your use of aligning your points and concepts with your five mentors--a perfect choice. I have studied many of the founding fathers over the years and to me they are the best example of true leaders. Although some individuals have come close, there has been no one throughout history who has ever matched the greatness or leadership abilities of Adams, Revere, Paine, Henry or Washington.
You did a great job. You should be very proud, I know I am proud of you and I am grateful for knowing you. Keep the momentum going, take this C.A.R.E concept and run with it, you are a winner!!.
